Apologies no children, babies welcome - if you bring your own equipment
PETS
Dogs are welcome for a £25 surcharge per stay. Must be kept on a lead at all times.
CHECK IN & OUT TIMES
Earliest check in is 3pm - check out by11am
CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking terms are that we take a 25% deposit at time of booking then full payment 10 weeks before departure. If a guest books within 10 weeks of departure then they pay in full at time of booking. Our cancellation policy is also 10 weeks, so there is no refund after this point

What do you recommend we pack?

We provide all towels and robes for the hot tub, you might want to bring flip flops or slippers. Outside all you need bring is wellies and waterproof jackets if the weather is wet! We provide a dog bowl and treats, we ask that dogs don't go on the bed so please bring floor bedding for your dog.
Can I bring bikes / is there storage for them?

There's lots of ride routes from us we can advice on, and bikes can be stored in our barn,
Is there parking / can I charge my EV

There is a dedicated parking space in our yard - we don't have EV charging yet but there is a rapid charger at Teals or Haynes Motor Museum - both 5 mins drive from us
